Refund Policy

We support a 60-day return window for all purchased items. Items eligible for return must remain in unused, unopened, original condition with all original packaging intact. Any damaged, used or incomplete products may not be accepted for return application.

All return arrangements are provided with free return service. Customers will not bear any return shipping fees or additional handling costs when following our official return process.

After we receive and inspect your returned items successfully, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued in the unified transaction currency to your original payment method.

Custom-used products, discounted clearance items marked final sale, and items damaged due to improper personal use are not eligible for return or refund. We reserve the right to review all return applications and make final decisions based on product condition.

Full refunds will be granted for qualified unused returns. Partial refunds may be offered for items with minor packaging damage upon mutual confirmation. All refund decisions follow fair and unified platform rules.
